Product Description
These rear barn style doors on this 1959 Morris J type van were fabricated from scratch, due to the old doors where that far gone and way too rusted to repair.  So rather than just copying all the problems of the original doors I made them from scratch and made them to follow the body lines with a gap to suit a common arrow style rubber seal.

Fitting bear claw burst proof mechs meant the hinges had to be redesigned for an accurate and repeatable movement of the door. Those that know these models know how bad the stock hinges are.

The frames were constructed so the the inner skins can be removed.  This makes it easier to repair dents should the unthinkable happen.

The pictures detail the work involved to make a pair of doors like these and how they looked when painted and finished.

This is not a product - It is an example of our fabrication skills and engineering experience.
