Product Description
Morris J Type Van was a turn key Custom Car. It originally came in for me just to do the chassis and I got asked to do more and more on it until it was finished.

The pics showcase the metal work gone into it.  The body was a basket case

Original panels are the larger portion of the body, roof sides, doors, bonnet, upper quater panels.
Hand formed panels: front piece below bonnet, all 4 mud guards, the body where the front guards bolt to, front firewall, lower 3 feet of the quater panels, rear barn doors and lower section of rear of the body, compete floors and floor frame and wheel tubs, the whole inside of the cabin, dashboard and engine box.

Unique features is a hinged bonnet as they are not normally like this. There are many other pics of this build in the other sections within this metal working feature of our website.

All metal work shape is finished using the splines technique. This ensures a good shape and flow to the metal work and means anyone using the splines technique to fill, sand and paint the car will have minimal product needed on the body and less sanding time required on it getting it ready for top coat.

This is not a product - It is an example of our fabrication skills.

Price is indicative for just the metal work on a large body job like this, it is a lot of work. All work is done at an hourly rate, plus parts, plus materials.
